I’m Sandra Otero, a Texas real estate broker with more than 25 years of experience helping families, professionals, and investors reach their real estate goals. Based in San Antonio, I guide clients locally and globally to find the right opportunities for their next chapter.

 

I love helping families find their dream homes, guiding professionals as they buy or sell property, and connecting global clients with real estate opportunities that bring value to both them and our local community. I also work with commercial and development projects, helping investors make informed decisions backed by local market insight and years of experience.

 

Before becoming a broker, I worked in banking and mortgage lending, which has given me a broad understanding of how to navigate finance and ensure each transaction moves smoothly. My clients trust me for my honesty, professionalism, and ability to make the process clear and stress free.

 

Faith and service guide every part of my life. As President of the Christian Ministries Association, I support local outreach and global missions that strengthen families and communities. Real estate is part of that calling. It is a way to help people build something lasting, both personally and financially.
